Borrower requested financing to buyout two partners, payoff existing debt and pull out cash. Bluestone coordinated environmental inspections and was able to provide financing once the property was deemed clean. By providing cash out funds on top of the buyout and debt consolidation, borrower was able to put final touches into the property in order to get it ready for sale.
